Specifically, it'd read, "5 Gold Bounty in Falkreath," when I arrived, even if I traveled from Riften to Dawnstar. By itself, it shouldn't be a problem; just do some traveling, but then go to Falkreath and pay it off before it gets too high. Man, my Markarth Bounty was up to 80k, but I apparently killed the last witness and it dropped to 60k. The only way to clear that bounty is to walk into whiterun with your weapon sheathed. If a guard is the last witness and I killed him, it will not remove my bounty even if there's no one around. 1. I would put in the code: player.
